Cassie earned her master's degree from Hofstra University and is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). Her clinical experience spans inpatient mental health settings as well as outpatient therapy, giving her a wide-angle view of how people move through crisis, stabilization, and everyday growth alike.

Outside the therapy room, Cassie is a mom of three young children, so life is usually busy, fun, and a little chaotic. She loves painting, doing crafts with her kids, cooking, exercising, and taking walks to the beach, and she is happiest being creative, staying active, and spending time with the people she loves.

  • A Warm, Relational Approach — Cassie believes the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change.

  • Specialized Understanding of Motherhood and Women's Transitions — Cassie is especially passionate about supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and new motherhood.

  • An Integrative, Solution-Focused Approach — Cassie draws from psychodynamic, person-centered, attachment-focused, somatic, and creative approaches while also incorporating solution-focused strategies.

Cassie Kelly is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Art Therapist who specializes in supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. She works with clients navigating the emotional and identity shifts, relationship changes, overwhelm, and life adjustments that often come with growing a family, and brings the same care to relationship and family dynamics, anxiety, and emotional regulation more broadly. Cassie believes therapy works best when the relationship comes first, and she brings warmth, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session so clients feel comfortable being exactly who they are.

Her therapeutic approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Approaches, Expressive and Creative Arts Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Attachment-Focused Therapy. Cassie is interested in the deeper patterns that shape how clients think, feel, and relate to others, while also making space for practical, realistic ways to navigate the challenges of everyday life. She pairs this integrative foundation with solution-focused strategies, so clients leave sessions with both insight and something they can actually use.

"I hope clients feel supported, understood, and less alone in whatever season of life they're navigating. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, feel more confident in who they are, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater ease."
