Stephanie Keller is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board-Certified Art Therapist who specializes in working with children through young adults who are open to exploring change, interested in healing, and curious about what growth can look like for them. She is especially drawn to clients who are willing to try new ways of understanding themselves and their experiences, and who value the opportunity to build healthier patterns in their lives. Stephanie deeply appreciates working with those who enjoy the creative process, whether through art, play, or imaginative exploration, as it allows for expression beyond words and often opens new pathways for insight and healing.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and art therapy within a holistic framework that explores mind-body connections. Stephanie believes art-making, alongside talk therapy, creates the space and quiet needed to gain a clearer sense of who you are, how you experience your world, and how you connect with others. She integrates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and body awareness practices from her yoga teacher training to help clients regulate emotions, reduce stress, and connect with the present moment. Through a trusting and nonjudgmental relationship, clients can express themselves freely, tapping into their resilience and capacity for growth.

With a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling and specialized training in trauma-informed, integrative approaches, Stephanie has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families using creative and relational methods to support healing and growth. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development in areas such as IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness. Art, play, movement, nature, and the creative process have had a significant role in her life from a young age, and she found the inner experience of flow, where time stands still, allowed for a deeper connection to herself, serving as a guiding force during difficult times.

Outside the therapy room, Stephanie enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and swimming in the ocean. She also loves animals and enjoys creative hobbies like making her own soap.

  • Mindfulness and Body-Based Approaches
Stephanie integrates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and body awareness practices from her yoga teacher training to help clients regulate emotions, reduce stress, and connect with the present moment. This holistic approach recognizes that understanding and managing our experiences involves the whole self—mind, body, and spirit.

  • Developmental Stage Expertise
With extensive experience working with children and adolescents, Stephanie understands developmental needs and tailors interventions that resonate with each age group. She believes therapy with children and adolescents specifically is a pivotal moment to develop skills and insight that create lasting impacts as they continue through adolescence and into adulthood.

  • Creative Engagement Specialist
Stephanie has a strong ability to engage young people through creative and expressive methods, including art, play, and project-based activities, fostering trust, self-expression, and motivation for growth. She learned from amazing teachers and mentors who taught her the significance of being listened to from a deep and intentional place with compassion and curiosity, and how that can create the space for stillness and change.

"I believe in the importance of living and learning, growing and changing. Through art making, creativity, and relationships, we can unlock healing and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, others, and our potential for growth. I hope clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others, cultivate compassion, and discover their potential for growth. I was called to this work, and I continue to do it because I find it profoundly meaningful and rewarding."
