This 90 minute workshop walks participants through the Google Slides presentation platform. Participants will be shown basic presentation design skills such as formating master pages, inserting imagery, video and sound, transitions and slide animation. Participants will also be shown how to incorporate interactive elements (such as polling the audience) into their presentations.
Portfolio potential
This 1-hour workshop exposes participants to the different possibilities of portfolio design. The workshop leader will review the “do” and “do nots” of professional portfolio creation, as well as show effective methods for presenting different types of work to specific audiences. Workshop members will also be shown layout options for their physical and PDF versions of their portfolios.
